29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii):  Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.    The employer does not ensure that each employee on a scaffold not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet above a lower level is protected from falls by the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system.   This violation occurred on or about July 25, 2012, on the south side of Building 1807 where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet while installing 2" x 4" boards on the southwest corner of a building from a scaffold plank positioned between two buildings without fall protection or a guardrail system.
