29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):     One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:        A) On or about July 24, 2012 saws in the bar department were not adequately guarded. Saw guards were not adjusted adequately to guard unused portions of the blade. This inlcudes, but is not limited to the PA-18 metal cutting saws in this department.    B.)  On or about July 24, 2012 the pacific shear was not adequately guarded. This metal cutting shear did not have guarding on the rear of the machine allowing employees to enter the machine.     C.) On or about July 24, 2012 the band saws located in the circle department were not adequately guarded. Guards were not in place or adequately adjusted  to guard the unused portion of the blade.
