29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) 725 A King St Northampton, MA : On or about July 25, 2012, employees were observed performing roofing work on a steep roof (6/12 pitch) more than 14 feet above the ground below without any of the protections required by this subpart.
