29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: a) Facility The employer did not provide information to employees about the location and availability of the material safety data sheets (MSDS). Employees were not aware of the location of the MSDS in the facility. Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, n-butyl acetate (contained in Amershield Navy27 paint and Amershield Black Resin), titanium dioxide (contained in Amershield Navy27 paint), and diesel fumes (combustion of diesel fuel). Violation occurred on or about 7/25/12.
