Ladders shall be used only for the purpose for which they were designed. a) Right Side Wall -- On or about July 5, 2012, employees used a 6-foot A-frame ladders as support for a horizontal work platform to do brick-pointing along the first-level of an exterior wall, exposing employees to a potential fall hazard of 5-foot. No abatement certification or documentation required.
