NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29. CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.

On or about 07/25/2012, C&C Painting, Inc., Ron de Lugo- Federal Building, 5500 Veterans Drive: Charlotte Amalie, St Thomas VI Scaffold area: Employees were observed working over a five bed tubular frame scaffold at heights of 12 ft. to 18 ft. above the ground level, without a conventional fall protection system in place. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29. CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
