29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: A competent person had not designated proper techniques and/or provide the appropriate equipment to hoist an environmental air unit into place while two employees hoisted the 150 pound unit by hand from step ladders where the unit slipped and fell injuring one employee with a serious laceration.
