29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes: a) At the 1507 Woodson Road Overland, Missouri construction site; an employee working to install a new roof was pulling a large piece of roofing membrane while walking backwards fell through a skylight. The employee fell through the skylight and landed twenty (20) feet below on the concrete floor located inside of the warehouse portion of the office building.
