29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:    On or about July 25, 2012, the employer failed to ensure employees working from a 10/12 pitch roof were protected from a fall of approximately 22 feet by using an adequate fall protective system/devices. Employees were performing tear off and replacement of weatherproofing from a residential roof.
