29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of �1926.502(k) developed and implemented:    This violation occurred on and prior to July 25, 2012, at a job site located at 6202 Marquita Drive, Dallas, Texas 75214; where at least (1) employee was working from a single pole wood scaffold on the second level of the residential home and was not provided with fall protection to keep him from falling to the ground level below.
