29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: The employer does not ensure that a body belt is worn and a lanyard attach to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. This violation occurred on or about June 24, 2012, on the west side of the building where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when painting a sign from an aerial lift without a fall protection system.
