Employees used a portable extension ladder for access to a roof of a single family home. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet while attempting to use the ladder.     G&B Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA Inspection 313413635, citation number 1, item number 2, issued on 11/24/09, with respect to a workplace located at 408 Fossil Drive, Johnston, CO 80534.
