(a) Front side of new residential home located at 2557 Kolb Manor Circle, Marietta, GA 30008: Employee using a DeWalt 14" Chop Saw with Diamond Blade was not protected from face and/or eye injuries while operating the saw with no safety glasses or face sheild. The employee also operated the saw without a respirator, dusk mask or dusk control method.

(a) Front side of residential home located at 2557 Kolb Manor Circle, Marietta, GA 30008: Employee was using a DeWalt 14" Chop Saw with a diamond mason blade with the guard stuck in the open position exposing employee to amputation hazards. The guard on the saw was damaged preventing it to move when operated.
