(a) Soda Springs Ranger District Warehouse, on or about July 18, 2012, and at times prior thereto, 1000 gallon propane storage tank had grass and weeds growing immediately behind the tank. NOTE: U.S. Forest Service was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number Inspection #92793, Notice 1 Item 2 ; and was affirmed by an Abatement Certification signed and dated October 28, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at U.S. Forest Service, McCall Ranger District; 102 W. Lake Street Mccall ID 83638. NOTE: U.S. Forest Service was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 309969889, citation number 2, item number 4, and was affirmed by an Abatement Certification signed and dated May 12, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at Challis Middle Fork, Challis, ID 83226.
