29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: At this job site, the employees working from a Genie, model #Z-34/22N aerial lift at a height of over 20 feet above ground level were not wearing a body belt or harness, with lanyard, and tied-off to the boom or basket to prevent a fall from the basket.
