29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: At this demolition site, inside the bulding, employees were exposed to tripping hazards where panel insulation, wooden pallets, and other materials and debris were not kept out of walkways as demoliton work progressed.
