29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. A.) Rabe Environmental Systems, Inc., 2530 Parade Street, Erie, Pennsylvania 16503, Pulakos Chocolates, roof of the structure, on or about July 23, 2012 and times prior thereto: Two employees were performing HVAC work on the roof of the structure. The employees were not provided with a means of fall protection when work at a height of 14.1 feet above ground level.
