29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points: a) Considine Biebel & Company / 1330 West 8th Street, Erie,PA / 2nd floor of the North West section of the building, across the hall and was room 221: On or about July 23, 2012, a flexible electrical cord for the temporary lighting was going through the wall. The sections of cord that passed through the wall were not outfitted any protective materials or devices to protect the cord from damage.
