29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: This violation most recently occurred on July 26, 2012 at a workplace located at 5734 Presley, Frisco, Texas; at least one employee who was performing masonry work, was working from a job-made scaffold platform, and was exposed to fall hazards while working from a platform that was being supported by the forks of a rough terrain lift truck. The lift truck was not designed by the manufacturer for use with a personnel platform.
