29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure:      a)  On or about July 16, 2012, employees were exposed to falls of greater than 6 feet while they performed roofing work on a single family home with no fall protection measures in place.        Tennant Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 29488, Citation 1, Item 1, issued May 31, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 83 West Centennial Blvd, Littleton, CO 80129.  This citation became final on June 19, 2011.    Tennant Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 313718496, Citation 1, Item 3a, issued June 4, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at Main Street and Pine Drive, Parker, CO 80134.  This citation became final on June 29, 2010.
