29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: Rear of Building: A barrel of waste paper was allowed inside the Battery Test Container behind the building. During a battery test, a spark ignited the contents of the barrel, causing a fire.
