29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a) On or about 7/26/12 at the Dunkirk Middle School rehabilitation project located at 525 Eagle Street, Dunkirk, New York; employees performing demolition of a chimney were standing on the roof of the building. Employees were not protected from falling approximately 10 feet to the ground.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
