The employer did develop and implement a written hazard communication program where employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals on the jobsite. Employees/Painters use various chemical products such as, flat latex paint, sealants, and thinners. The chemical products include hazardous substances such as, but not limited to acetone, toluene, xylene, on or about 07/24/12.
