29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches above the walking/working surface, was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:      (a) At the workstie  Employees were leaning through and standing on wall openings six stories above the ground.  They were not wearing fall protection; on or about 07/27/12.    NOTE:   IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $ 1,000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
