OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards:    a. On or about July 25, 2012, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 8 feet while working from the elevated bucket of the International Harvestor front end loader. The employees were painting the underside of the south entrance canopy.  One feasible and acceptable means of abatement to correct the hazard is to follow the safety instructions noted in the Equipment Manufacturers Institute Manual which prohibits working from the bucket, and, therefore, provide ladders and/or scaffolding.
