29 CFR 1926.307(e)(1)(i):     Horizontal belts which had both runs 7 feet (2.128 m) or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least 15 inches (38.1 cm) above the belt or to a standard height specified in Table O-12:    a)  Front Of Building - employee were using a Jenny Air Compressor that had a moving belt that was not covered by a guard to protect employees from injury, on or about 7/18/12.
