Crossbraces were used as a means of access.      On or about July 17th, 2012 at worksite 123 SW Arborcrest Circle in Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employee was accessing a work platform on a tubular welded scaffold with no means of proper access and egress.     Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
