29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. On or about June 25, 2012: a)The employer failed to implement and train employees in fall protection measures, which would have allowed employees to recognize and minimize fall hazards while being exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10.6 feet, while receiving and installing trusses at 3317 Noble Fir Trace in Gainesville, GA located in the Creeswind at Lake Lanier subdivision.
