THOMAS PRINTING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 311221832 CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 02 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 3, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 38 6TH AVENUE WEST, KALISPELL, MONTANA.
