29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Where wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided when practicable. a) Sink Wash Area - On or about 7-30-12 - The pipe drains for the sinks were leaking causing the entire sink wash area floor to be wet and slippery exposing employees to fall hazards. b) Front Entrance - On or about 7-30-12 - Employee slipped and fell in the front entrance area becasue the mat in the entrance was not large enough to keep it dry during rainy/wet conditions.
