29 CFR 1910.107(b)(3): Floors. The floor surface of a spray booth and operator's working area were covered with combustible material and did not facilitate the safe cleaning and removal of residues. (a) Working areas for Glue Booths inside the facility - On or about July 17, 2012 employees were exposed to fire hazards while spraying flammable glue and they were not protected by the floors in their working areas being non-combustible or covered with non-combustible material.
