29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about July 27, 2012, on the east side of the Exxon gas station, employees were installing new ballast and light bulbs inside an Exxon sign from a vehicle mounted work platform without a fall arrest system. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet.
