This condition did not allow a pemanent and continuous path to ground from circuits, equipment and enclosures. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards. ROBINSON DRILLING OF TEXAS LTD WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1910.304(g)(5), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315116137, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 3 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 26, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT WELL #1 1, 1.3 MILES EAST FROM LENORAH, TX.
