29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee were engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 481 A Lancer Drive, PA - Employee(s) were observed standing at the peak of the garage roof and on the top plate of the garage wall setting trusses with the aid of a crane, without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing the employee (s) to a fall of 12 to 22 feet, on or about July 26, 2012. No abatement certification or documentation required.
