No person shall store, handle, or transport explosives or blasting agents when such storage, handling, and transportation of explosives or blasting agents constitutes an undue hazard to life. Aircraft Maintenance Dept. - On or about July 25, 2012, an employee was injured when he unknowingly took an untagged squib cartridge for grinding in order to render it useless for disposal.
