OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):     Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing for likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to vehicular traffic without wearing appropriate high visibility vests:    (a)  10th and I-84 interchange, Caldwell: On 07/31/12 and at times prior thereto, four workers were not wearing high visibility reflective vests while performing concrete curb work at an intersection immediately adjacent to an active roadway.
