This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 13 feet.

29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): Scaffold platforms that were more than two feet (0.6m) above or below a point of access were not provided with a means of access: (a)Alpine Inn LLC at 105 Lusher Ct., Frisco, CO 80443: On or about July 30, 2012 the controlling employer did not ensure a ladder was provided to allow for safe access and egress to the fabricated frame scaffold. Without the ladder the employee climbed the bracing. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet.

This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 11 to 21 feet.
