29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Slic Koatings on or about July 30, 2012, at the address of 117 West Ave. Elyria, OH: The employer did not ensure an employee was protected from a fall while working from a supported scaffold. The employee installing exterior plastering from the scaffolding platform without standard railing, was exposed to a 13ft fall to the ground below.
