In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. Garcia Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311248462, citation 2, item 1, issued on March 20, 2008, and became final order on or about March 28, 2008.    Garcia Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311247167, citation 1, item 1, issued on December 4, 2007, and became final order on or about December 20, 2007.
