29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not assure that each employee has been trained, as necessary, by a competent person in the use and operation of guardrail systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used: a) Tecta America at 6450 Holly Street, 3312 Trenton Street, Denver, CO 80238: On or before August 20, 2011, the employer did not ensure that employees hired through temporary labor companies were trained by a competent person in the use and operation of personal fall arrest systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, and controlled access zones. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 14 feet.
