29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Tim Lemmon, Findlay, Ohio: On or about July 25, 2012, at address 731 Remington St., Findlay, Ohio, the employer failed to ensure that each employee was protected from head injuries while working below employees conducting roofing work. Employees were exposed to potential impact injuries caused from falling materials and/or equipment while working and moving around below the elevated working level.
