29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1):     Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.    On or about July 26, 2012, at this west building expansion, employees installing steel decking were working at heights of 15 feet 7 inches or greater above ground without using a fall protection system.     San-Co Steel dba Southern Steel Fabricators Ltd was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard [name of equivalent std., if applicable] which was contained in OSHA Inspection No. 313734576, Citation No. 01, Item No. 002a, issued on 03/30/10 and was affirmed as final order on 04/22/10.
