29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor  did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.  On or about July 30, 2012, employees were framing the residential project under construction at approximately 21 feet high and 7 inches without fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard.  The AJM Framers Inc. company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which as contained in Inspection Number: 310594213, Citation Number: 01, Item: 01, issued on: 01/07/2008, and was affirmed as a Final Order on 01/30/2008, with respect to a workplace located at: 10200 East Dry Creek Road, Centennial, CO, 80112.  The AJM Framers Inc. company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which as contained in Inspection Number: 312138233, Citation Number: 01, Item: 01, issued on: 03/18/2009, and was affirmed as a Final Order on 04/07/2009, with respect to a workplace located at: 3400 S.
