29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) Jobsite: On July 26, 2012, employees observed involved in roofing activities without any means of fall protection and exposed to a fall hazards on this multi story residential job. Note: Abatement certification IS NOT required for this item. RAMON ESTRADA DBA ESTRADA ROOFING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSEPCTION NUMBER 311575518, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 30, 2008, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3460, 3472, 3484, 3496 S.
