29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):   Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  The employer does not ensure that portable fire extinguishers are mounted, located, and/or identified so that they are readily accessible.     a. This violation was observed on or about July, 26, 2012 on the west side of the warehouse next to the exit door where the fire extinguisher was not mounted or identified.    b. This violation was observed on or about July, 26, 2012 in the warehouse next to the first aid kit where the fire extinguisher was not mounted.    c. This violation was observed on or about July, 26, 2012 in the warehouse next to the door to the office where the fire extinguisher was not identified.

This violation was observed on or about July, 26, 2012 on the west side of the warehouse next to the exit door where the fire extinguisher was not subjected to an annual maintenance check.  b. This violation was observed on or about July, 26, 2012 in the warehouse next to the first aid kit where the fire extinguisher was not subjected to an annual maintenance check.  c. This violation was observed on or about July 26, 2012 in the warehouse next to the door to the office where the fire extinguisher was not subjected to an annual maintenance check.

This violation occurred on or about July 26, 2012 where the warehouse employee uses chemicals including, but not limited to, LPS Presolve Orange Degreaser.
