Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.

29 CFR 1926.1060(a):     The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards.    a)  At the jobsite, on the roof, on or about 8/1/12:  An employee was working on a 7:12 pitch roof, approximately 20 feet from ground without fall protection and having accessed that height with a ladder that did not extend 3 feet above the upper landing, and without being trained on the hazards associated with ladder use in construction.    b)  At the jobsite, on the lower roof, on or about 8/1/12:  An employee was woring on a 7:12 pitch roof, approximately 10 feet from ground without fall protection and having accessed that height with a ladder, and without having been trained on the hazards associated with ladder use in construction.
