29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) At 24886 Planters Dr Daphne, Alabama: On or about August 1, 2012 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure his employees were trained on fall hazards to include but not limited to the nature of fall hazards in the work area, the use and operation of guardrails, personal fall arrest systems and safety nets, and the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining and inspecting fall protection systems.
