29 CFR 1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) At the work site, State Road 19, Mount Morris, PA 15349, on or about August 1, 2012 - An eyewash station was not provided when employees worked with corrosive materials. Employees use concrete, containing portland cement, in the bridge building process.
