GOLD RIVER CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313352841, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 2, ISSUED ON MARCH 24, 2010, AND BECAME FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 08, 2010 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT 18, BLOCK 10, WINTERS RUN, BOISE, IDAHO.
