29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: 1. Engraving Department: Lockout/tagout was not utilized by employees cleaning the engraving machines. The employees shut off the power to the machine at the lock-out point, but did not secure it with a lock. 2. Press Room: Lockout/tagout was not utilized by employees cleaning excess ink from the pans, troughs, floors, etc. in the Goss press units. The Stop/Safe button on the unit was depressed but the machine was not locked out.
